"We spent three days at Aderro with Rhegan for a birthday treat. Rhegan and her team, Anna et al., could not have been more helpful or more accommodating. In fact Roger and I thought that Anna must be a mind reader as she anticipated what we were thinking would be nice for our horses before we had even opened our mouths.
Accommodation was top class for both the horses and us - we stayed in the cottage next to Rhegan's house and had our own private garden. Our horses when turned out had their own fields right by the cottage which was lovely and felt very reassuring.
We both had three lessons with Rhegan, with the birthday boy having an extra one on Rhegan's
schoolmaster Joyski who aside from being a star in his own right was
also a very beautifully mannered horse. Both of us felt we learned a lot
during our three days there and we would certainly like to return."

"If we were all disciplined enough to ride our horses for at least an hour each day addressing all the weak areas of our training and tough enough to trot for at least half an hour without stirrups each day we would get better wouldn’t we? However, it takes true grit, determination, total dedication, mental toughness and the ability to push ourselves to places way out of our comfort zone if we want to win on the increasingly competitive dressage circuit.
This is where Rhegan comes in! I find Rhegan’s enthusiasm, uncompromising hard graft philosophy, genuine love of horses and total support of the rider just what I need to give me the motivation I need whilst schooling at home.
The facilities at Aderro are superb and the mirrors are really helpful
to check straightness while you work. The surfaces ride well, the Staff

Having moved to Upper Cam last year from Rushall, near Walsall, West Midlands, I was keen to find a trainer to help me progress my riding and help further the training of my home-bred horses.
When I visited the Aderro Dressage Centre, I felt welcome and was very impressed with the facilities and the way the horses were kept. I arranged for my four year old gelding to received some further training at the centre, and was delighted with his progress having spent a month at the centre.
I have since had regular riding lessons with Rhegan White, and have benefited from her knowledge and experience in dealing with sometimes difficult horses. My riding has greatly improved. I am now competing one of my mares at local dressage events, with success.

“Where do I start?
Several years ago, I was looking for a professional dressage establishment that would offer superb facilities, a reliable, tailor-made service that would take care of every equine need. I found it (and a lot more) when I was introduced to Rhegan White and her team at Aderro Dressage Centre.
Over the years Rhegan has had to contend with many aspects of my equine adventure, from my compulsive obsession with the technical understanding of dressage, to my fears and aspirations. Just as we were beginning to see the light ,the ultimate challenge faced Rhegan when she had to console me when my beloved horse (Brennan) was injured. As always, Rhegan dealt with the situation in a proactive and positive manner by suggesting I should ride Monaco and/or Joyski, her school’s masters. This was the beginning of a new adventure and it has proved to be a fantastic learning opportunity.
Under Rhegan's eagle eye I have achieved so many of my personal equestrian goals; it has been a journey of discovery and a truly exhilarating experience.

In May 2008, I stumbled across Rhegan White's website quite by chance and I am so pleased I did. I was particularly drawn to the "Complete Cobweb Removal" and "Confidence Rebuilding Program", which really applied to the situation I was in with my horse (Harry).
I emailed Rhegan with my sorry story and she responded in such a friendly and positive way that I arranged my assessment lesson immediately, prior to possibly booking a place on one of the courses.
Aderro Dressage is breathtakingly beautiful, situated in glorious English countryside, a peaceful haven in which to concentrate on harmony between horse and rider. On arrival there, Harry and I were warmly greeted and settled in by Rhegan's excellent team and then the advance warning party (Sophie) announced the arrival of Rhegan herself, who was as delightful, positive and energetic as I had imagined. We had a brief chat about my history with Harry, my reasons for being there and my plans for the future.
Within ten minutes of watching, Rhegan was able to pinpoint where our challenges were and how to work around them. The next hour went by in a blur of hard work, discipline and fantastic results. Needless to say, I was keen to book the course before I left.
My course took place over 4 days in June 2008. I stayed in the very charming and comfortable Kites Nest Cottage and was invited to join Rhegan for breakfast and wonderful dinners each day. I had 5 lessons over the four days (also took Harry for a lovely relaxing hack one morning) and the wonderful opportunity to watch Conrad Schumacher training Rhegan and other riders while I was there.
Not only that, but as Conrad was staying with Rhegan overnight, we were all able to question the poor man long into the night over dinner! Under Rhegan's positive, energetic and very humorous tuition, each lesson was very productive and constructive, with Harry and me improving on a daily basis.
I don't think Rhegan had appreciated quite how frightened I had become of Harry (we were coming out of a long rehabilitation programme following his diagnosis of arthritic hocks and kissing spines and I had been bucked off more times than I care to remember) but with her inspirational methods, my confidence grew on a daily basis.
On the last day, Harry and I actually rode through a novice
level dressage test - not very intimidating for most people, I'm sure,
but I know that at my final halt, I was very tempted to start sobbing
with relief and gratitude! Rhegan sent me on my way with an arsenal of
training methods which I have followed since then, and Harry has
flourished under the discipline that has been instilled in us both. I
can't wait to book my next course."

"For 21 months, I was a livery at Aderro Dressage Centre with Rhegan as both rider of my horse and trainer of us both. There are very few places you can stable your horse and go on a 2 week business trip in the confident knowledge that your horse is cared for and trained to the letter of your instructions.
Aderro is such a place.
I came there in order to have peace of mind and not having to feel guilty when work took me away from spending time with my horse, and for someone to step into my shoes at short notice. Aderro and its staff did not let me down.
Also when my horse sadly had to be put to sleep, I could not have received better support. Throughout this time Rhegan White was my trainer, and I am happy to say remains so in spite of me having to move my horse to another yard.
