The British Equestrian Federation is the recognised governing body for equestrian sport in the UK

The British Horse Society promotes interest in all aspects of breeding, riding and welfare. It is the body which issues UK Qualifications in Teaching, Riding and Stable Management.

British Dressage is the UK organisation responsible for Affiliated Dressage competitions and the associated horse and rider grading schemes
